BDO Brazil launches the Guide to the Financial Statements 2009-2010

Including all updates to the federal tax legislation and CPC pronouncements until December 31, 2009.

The objective of this Guide is to summarise the main matters related to macroeconomic, accounting and tax issues of the fiscal year ended December 31, 2009.

This publication features the main facts concerning corporate governance and risk management as well as information on changes in the tax legislation, convergence to the international standards IFRS, legislation and pronouncements of the CPC (Accounting Pronouncements Commitee).
